BACKGROUND

Hirequity was founded on the motto “do something different today.” After working as a sales team leader at several multinational brands, Jordana Matsos founded hirequity to address the wrongs she saw in the hiring process: widespread bias, discrimination, and poor experiences for candidates.

Bold and innovative branding

Hirequity’s visuals were designed to strike a contrast with the subdued, conservative brands that dominate the executive search industry - and personify the inequities in corporate hiring.

Main colour palette

In a stuffy work atmosphere, only blue, grey, and black are acceptable. Hirequity’s optimistic, youthful and daring spirit is represented by its dominant colour: a bright, tangy orange.
